Waiver of Inventory Clause
The inventory requirement of undamaged property when a claim is filed for damaged property is waived for certain circumstances in this Property insurance provision. In a Fire policy, a coinsurance clause normally requires such an inventory or appraisal when the claim happens. If the claim is small, the waiver eliminates the cost involved in doing an inventory.
