Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC)
Created by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, OPIC is a Federal program guaranteed by the U.S. Government that insures private U.S. investments in foreign countries, providing coverage for three political risks (inability to effect foreign currency conversion, expropriation of facilities, and war or revolution) in order to promote U.S. investment in foreign countries.

Personal Care Home Complete is uniquely designed for the small personal care home licensed for 10 beds or less who provide a variety of care services such as assistance with
activities of daily living, laundry, shopping, transportation and assistance with medications.
Thomco understands the coverage needs for those that provide care for seniors in their home. We can write a combined General Liability/Professional Liability form with limits
up to $1,000,000 per claim/$3,000,000 aggregate. Deductibles are as low as $1,000 and other coverage’s are available such as Sexual Abuse.
To meet the complex risk management needs, all Personal Care Home Complete clients will receive a telephonic quality assurance survey by our partner, Senior Risk, LLC. In addition,
all clients will have access to Thomco University, which provides a library of information and offers many valuable resources that are important for the Senior Living industry.
