Outside Directorship Liability Coverage
This extension provides coverage for
situations in which the company and its board has specifically requested that a director or officer sit on the board of another outside entity. Coverage is normally extended to non-profit organizations, but can also be extended to include, on a limited basis, for-profit boards. The coverage normally only applies to that individual and written on either a double or triple excess basis.
