Other Structures: Homeowners Policy
Other Structures coverage in the Homeowners policy is designed to cover the cost associated with rebuilding structures that are on the insured's property that are detached from the main home. Often the amount of coverage automatically included in the policy is ten percent of the dwelling coverage. In some cases additional coverage is needed to be purchased to increase limits of coverage for other structures.
