Extensive Training Academy - is an intense 3-day "roll-up-your-sleeves" training
program held at Brooke’s National office in Overland Park, KS. The program is
led by a group of dedicated company representatives who leave franchisees
feeling confident and ready for business. Training curriculum includes
information on operational procedures and marketing strategies. This training
illustrates Brooke’s commitment to the success of each franchisee. Operations
Support Brooke’s facilities team has planning services available to franchisees
who are starting, expanding or moving their offices. As part of facility plans,
Brooke often provides a complete work space which includes an office lease,
remodeling and equipment. Franchisees receive free access to ADP payroll
