Change of Beneficiary Provision
A policy owner who has this provision in his or her Life insurance policy can change the beneficiary as often as he or she wants unless it's been designated as irrevocable. In the case in which the beneficiary is irrevocable, written permission from the beneficiary must be obtained in order for any change to be made.
